"Winter Wonderland"    

Step 1. Line lash line with black liquid liner

 

 

Step 2. Line the rest of eyes with white liquid liner

 Step 3. Apply white eyeshadow go over 3 or 4 times

 Step 4. Apply yellow or blue eye liner (I did one of each so you could see how they both look)

Step 5. Apply black mascara using both kinds

  

Step 6. Apply pink blush in a cirlce on cheeks to get that winter glow

 

   Step 7. Apply bubblegum pink lipstick go over it with gloss


NOTE: if you want to be a bit more creative apply white liquid liner all over then use both kinds of white mascara
